Can consumers buy products directly from Present Time?

  • No, we don't currently have a webshop or shop where you can buy our products directly. You can find our products at one of our many resellers.

What are the opening hours of your showroom?

  • Our showroom is open to B2B customers only. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Our showroom is located at Televisieweg 60, 1322 AM, Almere, the Netherlands. (Please note that we are closed on Dutch public holidays).

Do you know if the product I'm looking for is in stock at a certain reseller?

  • At this moment our stock system is not connected to our resellers’ systems. This means we don’t have information about products that are in stock at our resellers. The easiest way to find out is to contact our resellers directly!

I'd like to return my product. With who do I get in touch?

  • In this case we'd like to kindly request you to get in touch with the reseller where you've purchased the product. They will be able to help you out!

What is the procedure to follow as a consumer if I have a complaint about a product I have just purchased?

  • Please contact the shop you have bought your product at should you have any complaints.
