It is prohibited to reproduce any promotional materials, by any means, without the prior written consent of Present Time bv. For sales information please mention: The name of the brand + the website address of this brand as stated below.
Please note: This means that our company name, Present Time, should not be mentioned.

All goods and services are supplied and invoiced by Present Time bv under the General Terms and Conditions as registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, The Netherlands under No. 970. A copy of this is available from the company.

Image and retail price requests
How do I request images and retail prices?
Please send an e-mail to pr@presenttime.com. Please include your name, name of the magazine, issue date and the item number of the product(s) and we’ll do the rest…! Your e-mail will be answered within three working days.

All prices are recommended retail prices. These prices may vary per retailer. Present Time bv reserves the right to alter all products, prices and availability without prior notice.

Product sample request
How do I request product samples?
Present Time is able to lend products for photography or television shows. Depending on the product, stock, price and period required, we are to able send the product(s) directly to you.
Please send an e-mail to pr@presenttime.com which includes your name, name of the magazine and the item number of the product(s). Depending on your country, we would like to receive your request at least 2 weeks before your deadline. Your e-mail will be answered the same day.

Notice:
Present Time bv reserves the right to alter all products, prices and availability without prior notice.
Products on loan should be returned to the head office within 30 days if no other agreements were made. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the products, for delayed or damaged products.
All products should return to Present Time, Veluwezoom 32, 1327 AH, Almere. Please mention your name and the name of the magazine/show on the box.
